Payment / Agreement Clause

By signing this agreement form, Client(s) hereby covenants with the Consultant as follows:

  1. Undersigned Client(s) has paid an agreed non-refundable fee of minimum ₦10,000 and above.
  2. The Client(s) shall be SOLELY responsible for transportation and other logistics throughout inspection and search for the Property.
  3. Professional fees (Agent's fee) payable upon delivery of service by Consultant is based on 20% of the amount paid on property(s) To Let/Lease/Sale and 10% legal fee PAYABLE for Tenancy agreement ONLY.
  4. The 20% referred to above is payable to Consultant ONLY, (by cash or bank transfer) NOT anyone else.
  5. The Client(s) also covenants NOT to use the Consultant as a means or vehicle to commit any financial or economic crime; to obey, comply and observe all laws relating to prohibition of financial and economic crimes such as fraud of whatever nature, money laundering etc, and agree that the consultant is at liberty and under an obligation to report any suspicious transaction to the appropriate security agencies for investigation and/or prosecution.
  6. The client(s) further covenants to provide complete and accurate personal details as requested above.
  7. Request for refund: When Client(s) or their representatives physically inspect property and proceeds with payment, Agent's fee shall NOT be refunded; Refund of other payments such as rent, caution fee, service charge etc shall be the SOLE responsibility and TERMS of the final BENEFICIARY (Landlord) ONLY.
  8. The Client(s) shall not pay for any property the Consultant have inspected with the Client(s) or their representative WITHOUT paying the agreed Agent's fee to the Consultant else legal action will be taken against Client(s) for bypass of Consultant and breach of contract.
  9. Client(s) agrees to PAY ALL cost of any legal action against them in respect of Clause No. 8 above.
